Terms and Conditions
KMA provides recruitment and placement services to public and private companies on either a permanent or contract basis. All placements are guaranteed for a specific period of time, quoted at the time the order is taken. KMA does not recruit from client companies nor will KMA represent a candidate placed with a client company for one year from start date without the clients’ permission. Fees are due and payable on receipt of invoice.
Referrals
Referrals are confidential. Any hiring that results from an introduction of a KMA recommended candidate (within one year of introduction) for any position will be considered a placement and will be billed accordingly.
Third party referrals that result in a hiring will be considered a placement and billed to the original client.
Guarantee Periods
The placement guarantee insures that, if for any reason the candidate hired is not suitable or capable of carrying out the responsibilities of the position,KMA will initiate a new search and refer qualified candidates for the same exact position at no further cost to the client. If however the client company advises that the position has been changed or restructured 50% of the fees paid will be placed as a credit in the client company’s account to be used against future placements. This credit must be used within twelve months of the resignation/termination date.
Guarantee periods are validated by payment of invoice within 30 days of invoice date.
Fees
Fees are calculated as a percentage of the agreed first annual income of placement. Percentages are set based on the level of recruitment required and are discussed prior to referral of prospective candidates. Acceptance of referred candidates is deemed acceptance of KMA’s terms and conditions.
