Ken Murphy

Ken began his career in the pharmaceutical industry after receiving a Commerce degree from Dalhousie University. He built his experience in Fortune 500 companies, including several years with Xerox and Phillips Electronics. Ken was the General Manager of both the Halifax and Ottawa branches of XIOS Canada and in 1992 he founded KMA. Using his strong business background, Ken developed affiliations with search firms across Canada and grew the KMA customer base from a local to a national level.

Karin Dobson

Karin began her career with an International recruitment and human resource management company. Initially responsible for the sales and operations of the Nova Scotia branch, Karin’s position grew to include accountability for branches in Massachusetts, Virginia and North Carolina. In 1996 Karin joined KMA as principal senior consultant and has since built her portfolio of customers and candidates in Atlantic Canada. |
